Update on ottawa.ca

Over the weekend, there were issues with the City of Ottawa’s website, ottawa.ca . The website is currently online.

There were no security breaches or loss of resident or City data. City services have not been affected and are operating normally.

There is an ongoing investigation underway by the Ottawa Police related to the overall situation.

The City of Ottawa would like to thank residents for their patience during this service disruption. Residents requiring City services should call 311 or visit a Client Service Centre in the event of any outages.
