The flag of Belgium flown at Ottawa City Hall

_ (City of Ottawa) _ The flag of Belgium is being flown at City Hall at the request of Mayor Jim Watson to mourn the tragic and senseless loss of life which happened in Brussels today and to express the sadness of all residents of Ottawa.
