Temporary Lane Reduction on Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway, Starting June 25

On Thursday, June 25, from 9 am to 3 pm, and continuing until July 24, a 100-metre section of the westbound lane of the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway will be temporarily reduced at Hillsdale Road on a periodic basis. This localized closure is required to undertake an inspection of the underground gas pipeline. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ In addition, a 400-metre section of the National Capital Commission’s (NCC) pathway will be closed from Hillsdale Road to Tennis Crescent. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Traffic cones and directional signage will be on-site and pathway detours will be indicated to direct traffic and pathway users. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ The NCC urges the public to exercise caution and obey the flag persons and signage in place.
