The Poppy flag will be flown at Ottawa City Hall and all Client Service Centres from November 5 to November 11 to commemorate Veterans’ Week. In addition, the flags at all City of Ottawa sites will be lowered to half-mast on Tuesday, November 11 from sunrise to sunset in observance of Remembrance Day, and to pay tribute to all Canadians who have served their country. ...
