Rink of Dreams at city hall is now open

The Sens Rink of Dreams, located at Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, will open for skating on Saturday, December 1 at noon.

Weather permitting, the Sens Rink of Dreams will be open daily, from 6 am to 11 pm, until the end of the skating season in March 2019. A heated change hut at Marion Dewar Plaza will be open every day from 8 am until 11 pm.

After skating, you can warm up inside Ottawa City Hall and visit the Barbara Ann Scott Gallery, the Ottawa Sports Hall of Fame, the City Hall Art Gallery and the Karsh-Masson Gallery.

Residents should look for the green flag beside the rink and notices on ottawa.ca for a daily update about whether the rink is open or closed. The City’s website also has information about other outdoor rinks, including the Lansdowne Skating Court, the Jim Tubman Chevrolet Sens Rink at Canterbury Recreation Complex, and the Ben Franklin Place skating rink.
