The Ottawa REDBLACKS clinched the CFL East Division title Saturday night with a 23-10 win in Winnipeg over the Blue Bombers

It marks the second straight season that the REDBLACKS have claimed the East Division crown that earns them a bye to the East Final that they will host at TD Place on November 20.
