 I vote for the 2, because it represents the worst of public transportation:

 Unreliable: So late or early that it's common to see 2 together after waiting an hour.

 Unpleasant: Fellow riders who are frequently drunk, high, both, and/or peeing on themselves

 Inefficient:  When I lived downtown, I could often walk home from work (45 min) faster than the 2 would get me there, once you factor in the wait time.
