She died shortly after. The cyclist, a 23 year old female, succumbed to her injuries at the scene.Ottawa Police Collision Investigators are looking to speak to witnesses.Anyone with information is asked to call the Collision Investigation Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 2481.
