** ** Saturday, September 15: Jazz at a Taste of Wellington **

The Taste of Wellington street party has many joys for the jazz fan on Saturday afternoon – and all free! The Mash Potato Mashers will march down the street playing their infectious music, first Adrian Matte and then Allyson Rogers will bring jazz groups to the AlphaSoul Cafe, and finally the Bill Jupp Sextet will show that jazz classics never get old. The Bill Jupp show has been moved to the Elmdale this year, but we’d still recommend getting there early. Last year’s show was standing room only – and that left very little room to breathe.
