However, when one door closes another opens - and so the wonderfully talented Pierre Brault agreed to put on his highly acclaimed Blood on the Moon one-man show instead. The play examines the infamous assassination of D’Arcy McGee and whether or not the right man was punished for the crime. Runs until February 5.** Ruvini Godakandae : **** FOOD: ** It may be chilly outdoors but there’s no reason to hibernate with an event like Ottawa Magazine’s WinterBites . From Jan. 12-28, you can sample lunches and three-course dinners from the crème de la crème of Ottawa restaurants such as Absinthe, Divino Wine Studio, Petit Bills and ZenKitchen for a fixed priced. The NAC Orchestra salutes the notorious secret agent as well as other famous and infamous spies, detectives, and men-to-the-rescue. In this fabulous concert of movie and TV music, you’ll be thrilled as the orchestra performs favourite themes from 007 films Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, and From Russia with Love, as well as music from The Pink Panther, Peter Gunn, and Mission: Impossible. Maloney West). Displays will include model train layouts, die cast models and RC models of planes, helicopters and cars.
