Ottawa radio ratings for Fall 2012: Hot narrows the gap on CBC

Here’s a chart of the BBM Fall 2012 ratings for anglophone radio listeners in Ottawa, with comparisons from recent ratings period. I’ve ranked each station by their share, defined as “the estimated total hours tuned to that station expressed as a percentage of total hours tuned to all radio”. These numbers include all listeners ages 12 and up, Monday to Sunday from 5:00am to 1:00am. (Note - these numbers have been revised by BBM since the original release on November 29.)

Some numbers that stand out for me:

 * 
CBC, Hot and CFRA hold onto their 1-2-3 spots, but Hot is closing in on CBC.

Majic 100 jumps back from 7th place in the Spring, knocking CHEZ out of the top 5.

 * 
KISS leaps up from 10th in the spring to 6th this fall.
