27 December 2016No injuries after explosion at hydro sub station on NRC campusNo injuries were reported after an explosion and fire at a hydro vault on the National Research Council campus on Montreal Road late Boxing Day.Ottawa fire said it was called to the scene at 1200 Montreal Rd. shortly before 9 p.m. with reports of arcing at the vault.Shortly after there was an explosion and a large fire.
