As a result, RFID technology will be put in place and there will be a new service point. The branch will be open while work is being done, however, the circulation desk will be relocated nearby on the first floor. The book drops will be available during the improvement period. _ The Ottawa Public Library (OPL) is the largest bilingual (English/French) public library system in North America, and one of the best public library systems in Canada.
