Meet Frank Probert.  Retired Navy captain. Stuck in the past, circa 1955.  Mystified by this world of cell phones, computers, bank machines and remote controls.  Coping as best as he can.

Frank is the star of GRUMPS , a new weekly comic strip we’re launching today on OttawaStart.  In the debut strip, Frank and his wife Edna check out a 3D movie .

GRUMPS is another project from the creative mind of Ottawa artist Andrew King .  We’ll publish a new strip every Sunday morning on OttawaStart at ottawastart.com/grumps … Hope you enjoy.
