It’s called BBBike @ Ottawa . ** ** You enter a start & finish point, and then you get a Google map with a route suggestion. Not all local streets are listed – it looks like the list includes just “old” Ottawa and Gatineau roads – I couldn’t find our house in Kanata, for example. Still, a useful site for Ottawa cyclists.
