Flags at half-mast in memory of former Osgoode Township Councillor, Carol Parker

The flags at Metcalfe Town Hall will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, September 12, 2015, the day of the memorial service for Mrs. Carol Parker, former Councillor for the Township of Osgoode. Mrs. Parker died tragically in a car accident on Sunday, September 6, 2015.

Mrs. Parker will be remembered for her strong leadership and unwavering dedication to the community.
