City offers condolences to the family of Corporal Nathan Cirillo

Residents continue to offer their support and condolences to the family of Corporal Nathan Cirillo, who was killed in the October 22

nd

terrorist attack at the National War Memorial and will be laid to rest tomorrow in the City of Hamilton.

Flags at City facilities will continue to fly at half mast until sunset tomorrow and the Book of Remembrance at City Hall will continue to be available to residents until tomorrow evening at 8 p.m.

The City of Ottawa joins with all of Canada in support of the family of Corporal Cirillo and offers its sincere condolences and profound gratitude for his service to our nation.
