Ontario has allowed restaurants to offer “bring your own wine” (BYOW) service for nearly ten years now, but there aren’t too many Ottawa restaurants that allow it (or promote it).  We asked our readers on Twitter for their recommendations, and came up with this list.  (We welcome your suggestions and updates - please email feedback@ottawastart.com .)
