18 February 2016 / #improvements #library Carp library branch to receive improvements_ (via Ottawa Public Library) _ The Carp branch of the Ottawa Public Library will be closed on from Monday, February 29 to Thursday, March 10 to receive improvements. As a result of the branch retrofit, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology will be put in place and there will be a new service point. The book drop will be available during the closure.
