Umov tech, a local online Canadian Electric Bike company, has recently designed and developed a fat bike (or big tire bike) that is also electric.

The fat tires are meant to be ridden on snow, sand or even mud. It can be used as an everyday bike to and from work or even out in the trails for fun.

The bike has a 50km autonmy rating and can go as fast as 30km/h. It is legally on roads and on all bike paths in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. No license or registration required.
