Bells Corners BIA executive director leaves to become police officer

_ (Via Bells Corners BIA) _ It is with a great deal of sadness that the Board of Directors of the Bells Corners BIA inform the membership of the departure of our longtime Executive Director, Alex Lewis. Alex has faithfully served the Board and the businesses of Bells Corners for nearly 7 years, and has just recently accepted a position as a Police Constable.

His final day of employment will be Monday September 5

th

, 2016 as he will be departing for the Ontario Police College on September 6

th

. Alex will be remaining on board as a volunteer with the committee established for the construction of the Cameron Highlanders Commemorative Plaza, and he will undoubtedly assist us in maintaining this very important relationship and aid in the fundraising ahead of us.

We have accomplished many things that have undoubtedly made Bells Corners a better place to operate and visit. I thank you all again for the experience and the respect you have afforded me. I wish you all the best in the success of your respective businesses, and I look forward to seeing each of you before I leave.”
