An Ottawa church is giving away $10,000 in free gas tomorrow (seriously)

For whoever is praying for lower gas prices … check this out from a press release on OttawaStart :

A local church is planning a novel way to help its neighbourhood deal with soaring gas prices.

Members of Dominion Outreach Centre in Gloucester are giving away ten thousand dollars ($10,000.) worth of free gas on Saturday, June 11th, starting at 10am. Volunteers will pump up to fifty dollars’ ($50.) worth of gas per car, as well as offer free coffee & windshield washing service.

The Great Gas Giveaway will take place at the Pioneer Gas Station at Shoppers City East, on the corner of Ogilvie and Blair Place, where Dominion Outreach Centre is also located.
