Will & Kate in Ottawa: Tracking the Royal Visit

More details were released today about the itinerary for Prince William and Princess Kate’s visit to Ottawa on July 1, Canada Day.  They’ll be arriving at Parliament Hill at 12:07pm and watching the noon show, before doing a walk-about at around 1:45pm.

I’m a surprised at the amount of interest the tour is generating.  Way back in April, I noticed a spike in the number of people arriving on OttawaStart after searching for information about their visit.  So then I set up a special page to group all of the info together, and it’s become one of the busiest pages on our site over the past few weeks.

So I think it would be wise to arrive at Parliament Hill early, very early, on July 1 if you’d like to have any chance of seeing the couple up close.
