Compared to most cities our size, we have a pretty good public transit system, and a vast network of bike paths, so it's easy to leave the car at home and avoid car congestion altogether. Here are some links to help you get around.

Five steps for successful bus riding:
1. Use the front door for boarding.
2. Move to the back.
3. If there's a seat open, sit in it.
4. If you're standing, don't block the doors -- front or back. (The only exception is if you're getting off at the next stop.)
5. Exit via the back door.
