The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory affecting some homes on Sandalwood Drive and Heron Rd has been lifted

Ottawa Public Health (OPH) has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory affecting some water users on Sandalwood Drive and Heron Road. OPH has reviewed the water sample results and is satisfied that the water is safe for consumption and other household purposes.

The advisory was issued as a precaution due to a watermain break. Residents are advised to run the cold water tap for one minute upon first use.

City staff are on location delivering notices to affected residents at the following addresses:
