Swarm of bees (actually wasps) downtown leads to endless punning

The buzz in Ottawa today was about this piece of unbeelievable news: A swarm of wasps (not bees as originally reported) forced the shutdown of part of Clarence Street in the Bee-ward market earlier today.

Police were on the scene first and performed a sting operation / conducted a RAID / called in the SWAT team. City of Ottawa officials (the bee-law squad perhaps?) assisted and told the wasps to buzz off.  (Usually it’s only green hornets out in the Market, checking parking meters.)

That’s enough for now, I’m off to play the b-side of a Bee-Gees record I bought at a garage sale on the weekend, honey.

That's a waspish tale of woe. The puns are unbelievable!
