Summary: Bring your camera, savor the lights of Ottawa by night and improve your understanding of your camera equipment as you join an exciting evening photographic tour of the NCC Christmas Light display in downtown Ottawa and on Parliament Hill.
In this Safari—offered on several evenings during December—you will have the opportunity to photograph the National Capital Commission Christmas Lights in Ottawa which are SPECTACULAR! You will find out how to use your camera creatively so that you will have some classic well exposed and well composed photographs. Instruction in composition, exposure issues in nighttime photography, and proper white balance and color filtration will be covered.
Bring your camera equipment, all your lenses, a flashlight or penlight, and a STURDY tripod for this adventure into night time photography.
