Quitting smoking is a process that takes practice. With Accessible Chances for Everyone to Stop Smoking (A.C.E.S.S.) programs, you can find help to quit in a relaxed and informal group atmosphere. Free eight-week programs are offered day or evening with sessions starting as early as the beginning of April in several areas of the city. * Pre-registration required for all eight-week programs. Day programs: Evening programs: Lowertown Community Resource Center (Francophone Program) South-East Ottawa Community Health Center Hunt Club Riverside Community Services Centre Ongoing Support Group Child care and bus tickets are available when needed.
