The Ottawa Senators' year-long commitment to community outreach programs throughout the National Capital Region continues. The following is a look at the club's community schedule from Friday, Nov. 20, to Thursday, Nov. 26.

Sensational Friday in support of the United Way

This evening, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., United Way leadership donors are being provided with the opportunity to skate on the ice at Scotiabank Place while meeting hockey legends Dennis and Bobby Hull, who will be joined by members of the Senators Alumni and Spartacat. Participants will also have the opportunity to test their skills and enjoy interactive games, face painters and other activities on the concourse. The evening concludes with an exhibition hockey game between the United Way All-Stars and the Senators Alumni team. Puck drop for the hour-long contest is scheduled for 9 p.m.

Spartacat appearances

Spartacat, the Senators' ambassador of fun, will be in attendance at the Sens Game Day Experience presented by Esso from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 21, prior to visiting Brown's Independent Grocer (1251 Main St., Stittsville, Ont.) from noon to 1 p.m. Spartacat will also make an appearance at Metro (4510 Innes Rd., Orleans, Ont.) on Sunday, Nov. 22, from noon to 1 p.m., before visiting The Sens Store (Place d'Orleans) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
