Two additional H1N1 vaccination clinics will open this weekend to provide the public with more opportunities to receive the H1N1 vaccine. The Ottawa Hospital will hold a clinic at the Riverside Campus at 1967 Riverside Dr. The clinic will operate on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., but will have a limited number of shots available. No other hospital sites or emergency rooms will offer public vaccinations. A one-day roving clinic will be held Saturday, November 21 at the Cyrville Recreation Centre on 4355 Halmont Dr. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All City-run vaccination clinics are now open to the general public. Parents are reminded that children between six months and three years, as well as children under 10 who have chronic medical conditions will require a second dose of the H1N1 vaccine. For more information on the H1N1 vaccination clinics, visit ottawa.ca/health or contact the Ottawa Public Health Information Line at 613-580-6744.
