Sewer rehabilitation on Scott Street overnight Sunday and Monday

_ (press release) _ Motorists should expect evening lane reductions on Scott Street, between Holland Avenue and Parkdale Avenue beginning Sunday, May 1.  The reductions will allow for sewer rehabilitation work, which is expected to be completed by Tuesday, May 3, weather permitting.

The work will take place between 5:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. to reduce impacts to the travelling public. On-street parking will be prohibited on the affected section of Scott Street while lane reductions are in effect.

Pedestrians crossing Scott at Holland will be redirected to east side of Holland the night of May 1. Pedestrians crossing Parkdale at Scott will be redirected to north side of Scott the night of May 2.

OC Transpo buses will share the travelled lane eastbound both nights, and the bus stop on Scott west of Parkdale will be relocated east of Parkdale only during the night of May 2.
