Manotick company produced UFC Reality series nominated for 3 Canadian Screen Awards

‘THOSE CANADIANS media group’ is pleased to announce they have been nominated for THREE Canadian Screen Awards for their ‘Ultimate Fighter: Canada v Australia’ series including the prestigious ‘Best Reality/Competition Series’. The award will be presented on CBC television’s live Broadcast Gala from 8 to 10pm on Sunday March 1st.

The 25 x one hour English and French episodes were filmed near St. Sauveur, Quebec and were broadcast domestically and internationally on Sportsnet 360, Fox Sports One (USA), FX (Australia) and TVA in Quebec. The Ultimate Fighter: Canada v Australia featured eight Canadian and eight Australian MMA fighters coached by UFC stars, Patrick Côté (Canada) and Kyle Noke (Australia).

‘THOSE CANADIANS media group’ (TCmg) is a partnership between three veteran Canadian broadcast and new media producers from the Ottawa region: DAVE BIGELOW, MIKE WETMORE and DON YOUNG.
