Long Standing Community New Year's Eve Event Gets Major Support From Local Technology Leader

Rick Chiarelli’s Alcohol-free Family New Year’s Eve will be another huge success going into its 23

year thanks to Thales Canada who have signed on to be the event’s title sponsor this year.




The annual event invites residents City-wide to enjoy indoor and outdoor fun, including sleigh rides, skating, bouncy castle, games, live music, magic and juggling, and the biggest and best musical fireworks show in Ottawa on New Year’s Eve.




This FREE and family friendly event is made possible thanks to the generous support from Thales Canada, a global technology leader for the aerospace, transport, defence and security markets. Thales has been waiting in the “wings” for an opportunity to show their community mindedness and, as our neighbor in Centrepointe, is honoured to support this community event.
