lost more than 100 pounds in just nine months. Her tips for diet success:
- Never skip a meal or leave the hosue without a piece of fruit.
- Prepare your meals in advance so you don`t reach for junk.
- Eat something every 2 1/2 hours.
- Eat protein with the 3 main meals and snack on fruits in between.
- Skip the sauces; instead use garlic, ginger, curry, salsa or
mustard.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day and limit caffeine.

bite an infected bird and then bite an individual. What should you do?
The city's health department says you should take precautions to avoid
