Greenboro Branch Library
Even if you only have one plant or a small mixed vegetable garden, you can save seeds! Learn how to have good harvests year after year, and become self-sufficient. The practice of seed saving and sharing promotes genetic diversity of crops and overall food security. Participants will also learn about the Ottawa Seed Library & how they can participate each year. This program is offered as part of the à la carte food literacy project in partnership with Just Food. Funded by the government of Ontario.
