Closure of a section of the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway

_ (National Capital Commission) _ The Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway will be closed in both directions, from Buena Vista to Lisgar roads, starting Tuesday, March 22 to Thursday, March 24, 2016, between 9 am and 3 pm. Traffic will be rerouted to Lisgar Road.

This closure is required to remove trees affected by the emerald ash borer disease to ensure they don’t pose a health and safety risk.

The NCC urges motorists to respect signage and detours in place.
