Booth Street closed from Albert Street to Primrose Avenue

Booth Street from Albert Street to Primrose Avenue is now closed for rehabilitation of infrastructure and underground utilities. The work is planned to continue till the winter of this year.

This work is being constructed in conjunction with the Confederation Line light rail transit construction project.

The work involves installation of new storm and sanitary sewers and the watermain, including installation of new services up to property lines. The roadway and sidewalks will also be rehabilitated or replaced.

Booth Street is closed at Albert Street, but is open to local traffic only via Primrose Avenue. Alternate access for pedestrians is provided and signed. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout construction.
