AOE Arts Council creates artist opportunities with new program Art Place

AOE Arts Council is proud to officially launch its new three-year community outreach initiative, Art Place, on Nov. 26, 2014. Art Place is an all-new social practice professional artist-in-residence program in Ottawa funded in part by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Members of the public, arts community and media are invited to attend a launch event being held at the Élisabeth Bruyère Hospital, one of the six Art Place partner sites, on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 10 a.m.

AOE Arts Council will introduce the partner sites, participating artists and their projects followed by a meet and greet reception with the artists.
