A few photos of classic cars from Kanata Cruise Night last week

I finally got the chance to check out the weekly Kanata Cruise Night last week.  Every Tuesday night during the summer, classic car owners bring their vehicles to the parking lot of Hazeldean Mall in Kanata.  Most weeks they get upwards of 200 cars that come out. Unfortunately I picked a somewhat rainy night to go and only seven cars made it out.  Rain plus old cars is not a good mix.

In other Hazeldean Mall news, there’s exterior signage up for Target along the mall’s North side.  A sign indoors says it’s slated to open in late August or early September.  That opening can’t come soon enough for other merchants in the mall.  One employee says that the mall’s been dead since Zellers closed down.
