25 Days of Ottawa Christmas Lights #4: Markland Crescent in Barrhaven

Every day in December leading up to Christmas, local photographer Christophe Ledent will be sharing a photo and story about Ottawa Christmas lights.  ( You can see all the photos so far here. )

For day four, we continue to explore Barrhaven. This home, on Markland Crescent, is a magnificent piece of work put together by Mark Bell. In all, there are about 6,000 LED lights, lasers and other decorating this house including a 3.5-meter Christmas tree. There’s even a music soundtrack if you tune your radio to 95.5FM. My photos really doesn’t do justice to the work Mark has done to the place. You really have to see it in person to understand how awesome the light show really is!
